Helping Australians find new jobs during the AI eraHelping jobseekers through the AI transition

You are already close to more Australian roles than you think. You are closer to more roles than you think.

I don't even know what I'd apply for. And when I do find one, I read the list of what they want and count myself out.

If that is where you are, you are not stuck because you lack anything. You are stuck because nobody has told you where you stand. We tell you which Australian roles you are already close to, counting what you have done as well as what you are certified in. We show you exactly what you are missing and how you could close the gap. Then we write every application, and help you practise for every job interview.

AI is changing which jobs exist. We find your transferable skills and put AI to work for you, matching the right roles, building bespoke applications, backed by a real coach you can message.

You are probably closer than you think. More than 4 in 10 Australian jobseekers will not apply for a job unless they meet every selection criterion, and women are more likely than men to feel uncomfortable applying when they do not. Almost 3 in 4 employers say they would still consider someone who did not meet every requirement. SEEK research, conducted by Nature, published March 2024.

What we will not tell you. What we will not tell you

We do not tell you who is hiring. Nobody publishes that at the level you would need it, and we will not invent it. We tell you what the government publishes about every occupation: pay, demand, whether it is in shortage, and what qualifications count. We do not promise a job, and we will not promise you an interview. We get you ready to compete for one.

Common questions

Is the career change check really free?
Yes. Two questions, about three minutes, and you put in your email at the end. We email you the link when your result is ready. No card, and nothing to cancel. The Sprint is the paid part, at A$299, and only if you decide you want it.
What if I do not have the qualifications?
We hold what each role asks for against what you have, and a lot of the time the gap is smaller than the job ad made it look, because what you have actually done was never written down. Where a qualification really is needed, we name it and point you at the government sources. Where the gap is experience rather than paper, we will tell you that too.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT will write you a resume in ninety seconds, and nobody reads the result. It will not check what you claim against what you did, and it does not hold the Australian occupation data. Here, every line traces back to something you did, and a real human coach reads it.
Who is this for?
We specialise in helping Australian workers in admin, clerical, accounts, payroll, records, reception, claims and customer service jobs who can see the work changing due to AI automation.
Do you promise a job?
No, and we will not promise you an interview either. What you get is a clear read on where you stand, the roles you are already close to, every application written, and a human coach in your corner.

That is what this answers. Often the gap is smaller than the job ad made it look, because what you have done was never written down. Where a qualification really is needed we name it. Where the gap is experience, we say that too.
